FEATURES

Cam mechanism provides high-speed, stable machining.

Hirth coupling is used to locate position the spindle carrier. Indexing positioning is accurate to within 5" (0.00014°). In addition, the high-speed Cyclo-Index reduces idle time to 0.5 seconds. High-speed indexing contributes to shorter cycle times.

Separating the spindle drive and cam shaft drive enables setting optimal conditions with stepless adjustment of the spindle rotation speed and no need for change gear replacement.
